Roberta Sue Bell was 62 years old and lived in Terre Haute, Indiana at the time of her passing, she was formerly of Clinton,Indiana. She was a retired school crossing guard, a retired homemaker for Meadows Home Health Care, and a retired elevator operator for the Schultz Store on Wabash Avenue. She was born April 19, 1941, in Clinton to Lilly Mae Wells Fox and George Robert Fox Sr. She was a member of Higher Ground Christian Center and Latter Day Saints Women's Auxiliary Church.
